Abstract:The discourse system can not be constructed overnight, it not only needs both financial and material inputs, but also traning in thinking mode and ways of expression.It is the case of "Situation and policy" curriculum discourse system.Students' needs, administrative attention and the teacher's efforts are the key factors to construct the curriculum discourse system.The construction should be in line with relevant policies and norms in terms of thinking mode, language choices and curriculum organization, and should be sustainable.Furthermore, it should be different from the "situation and policy" education, ideological education and other specialty courses.
