This study introduces the practice of promoting postgraduate students' academic and professional qualities by all-English teaching class and interactive communication from School of Optical-Electrical and Computer Engineering,USST.Due to inadequate internationalization of postgraduate education,postgraduates do not have opportunities to participate in international academic and professional communication,therefore,a series of measures,such as,offering all-English courses,inviting renowned scholars and business experts,and mixing foreign students in class are taken to provide English-speaking environment for postgraduate students,to improve their multi-directional thinking and their international academic and professional qualities.
