The rapid growth of informational society has changed learners' passive position in the traditional education system.Flipped classrooms as well as other models are becoming popular,which leads to fundamental changes in schools and education.However,adult learners' condition,characteristics of flipped classrooms and interactive communication of English learning are unsuitable for adult English learning to rely on flipped classrooms and online technology completely and thoroughly.Based on Wechat public platforms and Wechat communities,the partly-flipped classroom takes advantage of limited use of Internet resources before,in and after class.It can integrate the advantages of flipped classrooms and traditional education models,in the meanwhile,satisfy adult learners with learning experiences.
