Abstract:Since young teachers are the internal drive and supporting force for the development of colleges and universities, their team cultivation is the general trend. However, young teachers encounter problems and confusions in career, family, finance and other aspects due to their special physical and mental characteristics. Based on NVivo10 analysis of the interview data of twenty young teachers, this research aims to explore the causes for their job burnout. The results show that the main factors of their job burnout are from three aspects: imbalance between work (teaching, scientific research) and family, pressure of professional promotion, and insufficient social support. In order to reduce the pressure of young teachers, it is proposed to set up a multi-level support system in which involving universities, departments and individuals cooperate to avoid job burnout.
