    摘要:

    青年教师作为高校发展的内在动力和支撑,增强其团队培养成为大势所趋。然而由于青年教师生理、心理的特殊性,在成长发展过程中存在着职业、家庭、经济等方面的问题及困惑。基于高校青年教师的20份访谈资料,通过NVivo10软件对其进行整理归纳,旨在进一步探究职业倦怠背后的深层次原因。研究表明高校青年教师职业倦怠的主要因素表现为工作(教学、科研)–家庭不能平衡兼顾、职称晋升压力大、社会支持力度不足三方面。基于降低高校青年教师压力的视角,拟提出学校、院系、自身等多级联动支持体系以缓解其职业倦怠。

    Abstract:

    Since young teachers are the internal drive and supporting force for the development of colleges and universities, their team cultivation is the general trend. However, young teachers encounter problems and confusions in career, family, finance and other aspects due to their special physical and mental characteristics. Based on NVivo10 analysis of the interview data of twenty young teachers, this research aims to explore the causes for their job burnout. The results show that the main factors of their job burnout are from three aspects: imbalance between work (teaching, scientific research) and family, pressure of professional promotion, and insufficient social support. In order to reduce the pressure of young teachers, it is proposed to set up a multi-level support system in which involving universities, departments and individuals cooperate to avoid job burnout.
