| 当前经济全球化背景下，如何培养具有国际竞争力的光电创新人才显得尤为重要。上海理工大学光电信息科学与工程专业通过实施国际工程认证，拓展国际合作办学和促进师生国际交流，双方共建双学位，融合德国工业4.0产业需求，设置合作办学中途退出柔性机制等举措，增强教师互访和网课辐射效应，持续完善国际化光电专业人才的培养。以近几年上海理工大学与德国高校的交流合作办学作为案例，探索符合我国人才实际需求的本硕博一体化贯通的国际化光电创新人才培养新模式。 |

| Under the background of economic globalization, it is particularly important to cultivate innovative talents with international competitiveness in the field of optoelectronic information. University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) has continuously improved training quality of international optoelectronic talents. Enhancing the radiation effect of teachers’ mutual visits and online courses, USST has created a two-way joint program of double degrees, integrated the industrial needs of German industry 4.0, and set up a flexible mechanism for discontinuing cooperative education. Based on cases of the exchange and cooperation with German universities in recent years , the implementation of international project certification, expanding international cooperation management, and promoting international exchanges between teachers and students, the authors explore the establishment of a new mode of international innovative successive Bachelor-Master-Doctor talents that meet the actual needs of China. |
