国际化背景下的工程伦理(Engineering Ethics)核心是“以责任感为基础,以道德规范为核心,以解决道德困境为目标”。该教育理念对推动新工科中国高校工程德育课程思政教改有重要的借鉴意义。近年来高校力推工程认证和工程伦理德育教育,但效果欠佳。“工程伦理”课程思政教改实践,可从三方面入手:完善课程环节设计,优化师资队伍,优化教学供给;对专业教材进行本土化改良,立德树人与专技培养并重,思想政治理论课教师、专业教师、辅导员队伍三结合实现三全育人;探索出以模拟听证会为载体,以师生互动形式为抓手的案例式教学模式。 |

The code of Engineering Ethics under Washington Accord is “based on duty, code of ethics, and aimed at solving ethical Ethical dilemma”. This educational concept is of great significance for the teaching reform of “Ideological and Political Theories”. In recent years, Chinese universities promoted engineering accreditation and engineering ethics, but the results were far from satisfaction. The reform practice of “Ideological and Political Theories Teaching” in engineering ethics courses should focus on three issues: writing the new the curriculum, re-organizing the teaching team, and providing diversified teaching methods. The authors successfully developed a new approach of teaching as the simulated case study of “three-integrity education” based oninteraction between teacher and student. |
