      探究正念减压团体辅导对“00后”大学生心理健康的影响,设计可用于朋辈推广的结构化正念减压团体辅导方案。以18名自愿参与并经过筛选的“00后”大学生为被试者,进行每周一次共8次的正念减压团体辅导。采用总体幸福感量表(GWB),9项患者健康问卷(PHQ-9),广泛性焦虑评定量表(GAD-7),在基线水平、8周干预后及1个月末随访施测,采用单因素重复测量方差分析。分析表明:GWB的后测和随访分数均高于基线(均P<0.001),后测分数高于随访(P=0.007)。GAD-7和PHQ-9的后测和随访分数均低于基线(均P<0.001),GAD-7的后测与随访分数无统计学意义(P=0.061)。成员认为正念减压团体辅导活动对心理减压、生活状态改变、情绪调节等方面有积极作用,且1/3成员有较强的意愿带领朋辈团体。
英文摘要:
      To investigate the effect of group guidance for mindfulness-based stress reduction on post-2000s generation’s mental health, we design a structured group guidance scheme for peers to practice mindfulness-based stress reduction .To be specific, implementing group guidance of 8 times to 18 post-2000s students who were screened from those voluntary participants. All participants were assessed with General Well Being Schedule (GWB), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) at base line, and were interviewed with tests at the end of 8 weeks intervention and one month after intervention. Single factor repeated ANOVA were used for analysis. The post-test and follow-up scores of GWB were higher than the base-line (Ps<0.001), the post-test score was higher than the follow-up (P=0.007). The post-test and follow-up scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 were lower than the base line (Ps<0.001), no significant difference was found between post-test and follow-up scores of GAD-7 (P=0.061). Group members believed that the MBSR group guidance had positive influence on stress reduction, life state changing and emotion adjustment. One third of group members are willing to lead a MBSR peer group.
