终身学习力是助力工科学生适应新时代个体生命成长和职业生涯发展的核心要素,应是推进和深化“新工科”教育教学改革的着力点。从整合知识、能力系统和创造价值三方面来理解新工科背景下终身学习力的内涵。面向未来新工科教育高质量发展,聚焦对工科学生终身学习力的培养,不仅关乎未来工程师社会维度职业身份的发展需要,而且关涉主体维度终身成长的价值诉求。为此,学校应积极建设工程可持续课程、开展服务性工程实践和建立价值共创的师生关系。 |

Lifelong learning ability is a core element in helping engineering students adapt to the personal and career development in the new era, and it is the point in promoting and deepening the reform of "new engineering education". This article interprets the connotation of lifelong learning ability in the context of new engineering education from knowledge integration, systematic ability, and value creation. In order to promote high-quality development of new engineering education in the future, the focus should be on cultivating the lifelong learning ability of engineering students, which is not only related to the future development of engineers in the social dimension of their professional identity, but also involves the value demands of their individual lifelong growth. Therefore, universities should actively construct sustainable engineering courses, engage in service-oriented engineering practices, and establish a teacher-student relationship based on value co-creation. |
