Foundation courses experiment is a compulsory course for every mechanical major. In the short term, it can lay a good foundation for the students’ subsequent specialized courses and graduation design, and in the long term, it plays a pivotal role in cultivating the students' observation and manipulative ability, scientific research ability and innovation ability. This paper mainly discusses some problems that influence foundation experiment teaching in our country, summarizes the design aim and design thought of the test stand of Mechanical system integration experiment scheme, introduces the theory of constitution and function of the test stand in detail, above all it shows some good teaching results after opening experimental courses.
