The industrial cluster and the biological population have certain similarity. Profiting from ecology studies on species relationship, the paper analyzes the balancing way of convention and exhibition industry cluster, including the competition, mutual benefit and the industrial chain relations. The research shows that keeping certain difference and avoiding total homogeneity are the conditions for competitive members to keep balance in the cluster; to get mutual benefit, competition is necessary for cluster members, and division and coordination network should be formed.
