The sharp increase in contemporary Japanese NEETs which has endangered the social stability is becoming a hot issue of society. The social factors of NEETs are probed through the analysis of the appearance and the trend of NEETs along with its variety. The experiences that the Japanese government has undertaken many kinds of policies in an all?round way, such as propaganda, implementation and education by mobilizing the whole society to help NEETs get better career planning, employment training and occupation simulation are also given an overview. The solutions for the similar problems caused by NEETs in China are also suggested.
