This paper is devoted to reviewing the theoretical research in autonomous learning and its practical application in teaching interpretation, as well as commenting on technological measures taken to be adapted to the training of EST (English for Science and Technology) interpreters. Through commenting on the related theories and teaching practices, the authors sincerely hope to lack of professionalism and management of teaching resources is spotted in China’s teaching of EST Interpretation. Experimental cross?disciplinary cooperation of “bringing in” and “reaching out” is put forward to stimulate inspirations for further research in this field.
