Professional core capabilities reflect the comprehensive quality of university students and are the most important demand for employment. And different professions require preferentially different professional core capabilities. In view of these, in this paper we research the requirement priority of professional core capabilities in those employers which are selected mainly by administration graduate students (taking one university in Shanghai for example). We hope these research results could provide meaningful references for further professional development planning education for adminis- tration graduate students.
