Donated books are a very important part of library collecting.For regulating management of donated books,every link of donated books processing is discussed.Donated books processing is composed of system construction,accepting and registering,checking and cataloging,collecting.Also practical experience of University of Shanghai for Science & Technology library is given as an example.
