Based on the ESP(English for special purpose)teaching theory,establishing the industry-specific English teaching method of "job-oriented direction integrated into the specialty",the paper explores the new ideas and approaches of curriculum plan,teaching material,methodology and teachers construction to promote vocational industry-specific English teaching to realize the sustainable development.
