This paper first introduces briefly the concept and practice of "Excellent Teaching Program" in Taiwan Ming Chuan University,then sums up four major aspects of the program,analyzes the details of its implementation from these aspects,and finally makes four suggestions for a pilot study of "Excellent Engineers" in our country.
