Abstract:Shanghai graduate employment regional distribution is uneven,and distribution of employment units shows different characteristics.This paper takes 2011 Shanghai college students' employment data as sample data,uses binomial Logistic regression model to analyze factors influencing university graduates,employment location preferences,and chooses to study the influence of graduates' employment on their wages.The results are:Students from Shanghai almost all choose to work in Shanghai;Students who are not from Shanghai but are working in Shanghai are mostly from central and western regions or economically backward regions;higher wages are an important reason for the influx of university graduates into Shanghai.According to the characteristics of different regions,we can propose corresponding solutions and take appropriate measures to deal with the employment problem.In this way we can ease university graduates' employment pressure of Shanghai.
