This paper analyzes the phenomena of seat arrangements at different learning stages,deals with the existing problems in current situation,and puts forwards proper proposals for classroom seat arrangements of major courses in universities.Based on years of practical experiences,the proposal will not only save teachers from name-listing in class,but contribute to improve the quality of teaching and learning,to promote classroom interactions and students' participation in learning.This research will stimulate educational reform and benefit teaching practice as well as higher education.
