Lots of problems exist in the process of cultivating college student leaders,and they become challenges to ideological and political workers.This essay deals with those problems with student leaders from three aspects,namely,ideological understanding,energy assignment and interpersonal relationship.Meanwhile,it tentatively proposes three solutions,strengthening ideological education,establishing democratic supervision and inspection mechanism as well as completing relevant rules and regulations,in order to provide practical help for college ideological and political work.
