With the continuous emergence of network new media,people have entered an era of microblog,a new media after campus social network.Now microblog is very popular among college students,serving as an important window for the expression of public opinion.Thanks to its powerful network functions and wide applications,microblog makes college students' life further embedded in the online world,but at the same time it also brings challenges as well as innovation opportunities to those engaged in ideological and political affairs.In this paper,we conduct a questionnaire survey on how contemporary college students use microblog and then put forward some suggestions on how to find news approaches to college students' ideological and political education in the microblog age.
