Li Jiye is an outstanding poet in China's translation history and has translated so many foreign works.However,nowadays few scholars probe into his translating activities.In view of application of eco-translatology to translation study,this article makes a study of Li Jiye's poetics translation.With a case study on Li Jiye's translation works of foreign poetry,this article also studies the adaptive transformation of three dimensions,including the dimension of language,the dimension of culture and the dimension of communication and his translation strategies adopted in his translating foreign works,aiming at providing more opportunities for future valuable studies on Li Jiye's translation of foreign poems.
