The core of culture is that human beings,the agent of culture,assume it as the norm of human behavior,observing the surrounding environment and typical features and “turning and cutting” them in spirit.Zhongyuan culture has become the norm of behavior in daily life,spreading from Zhongyuan to the whole country.In this paper,the history and approaches of cultural innovation and enhancement are studied and analyzed,including Zhongyuan people's natural living,social progress,contribution and innovation in culture,and approaches of communication.In addition,suggestions and strategies of enhancing Zhongyuan culture are put forward based on the present situation and social development.
