Since reforming and opening,the postgraduate education has been made giant achievement in china.In recent years,however,there appear some problems about postgraduate education and training,such as the decline in the overall level of learning and research and the phenomenon of innovation deficiency and so on.In this paper,the author based on his own experience in the postgraduate education,discusses the graduate matriculate quality,process and aim of education with some proposals.
