MOOCs,is a new teaching model,and how it connects with the traditional teaching model of higher education has become the focus of higher education.The development of MOOCs depends on how to deal with the contradiction between the traditional teaching model and new problems.The paper presents the advantages and defects of MOOCs,its influence on the traditional teaching model,and the connection of the teaching model of MOOCs in colleges and universities to the personnel training.
