The basic concept of information supervision technology for food quality and safety is descriped here and the necessity and importance of the course for Food Quality and Safety majors in colleges are also discussed.In the current study,the course of information supervision technology for food quality and safety at University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in described analyzed.Some issues including the teaching,purpose,contents and methods are presented in this paper which may promote the development of curriculum system for Food Quality and Safety Discipline in colleges.
