Abstract:According to the educational objectives,the important mission of the higher education and the actuality of undergraduate employment,especially the employment of the students majoring in arts,this paper expounds the importance of university-enterprise cooperation concerning art majors,analyses the current situation and shortcomings of the existing cooperations.Through the case study of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,the article proposes a “four-step” mode which includes plan-making step,competition and visit step,talents selection step and dual cultivation step.This paper discusses the feasibility and functions of this model and emphasizes the effect of All-Win situation for university,enterprise and students.
