This paper summarizes the main mode of sunlight sports by analyzing standards and American policies for promoting teenagers afterschool physical education, and comparing with the specific situation of sunlight sports in China.The authors propose that we should emphasize policies, increase investment, enhance teenagers interest and involvement in sports, reinforce the security of sports field and set up safety system for teenagers and establish perfect evaluational system and index.
