Postgraduate education is an important part of higher education in China.In this paper,combining with the characteristics of transport planning specialty,some suggestions about how to improve "Enterprise-Academics-Research" co-culture Post-graduate model have been discussed.Those suggestions include the establishment of "Enterprise-Academics-Research" cooperation platform,the implementation of "two stages and double tutors" guidance system,and the establishment of "practice-oriented" measures assessment indicator system.
