Construction of the "dual qualification" teaching team in vocational colleges is of great significance to deepening the comprehensive reform of vocational education.In view of the nature and characteristics of vocational education in China,the teaching team of "dual qualification" can be divided into three categories:combination of professional teachers with off campus part-time teachers;combination of teachers of general courses and specialized courses;combination of teachers of ideological courses and specialized courses.Construction of such a teaching team should be scientific and regular,and different developmental stages must fucus on different construction aspects.In this paper,construction process of the teaching team of "dual qualification" is divided into four stages:incubation period,formation period,mature period and stable period,and the study of the different stages can provide reference for construction of the teaching team in vocational colleges.
