The online public opinions on university campus are characterized by diverse and dispersive content, sudden and individual participation, sensitive, impressionable and vulnerable young participants, and chanllenge the current slow response mechanism, thus crucial for the ideological and political education to college students with proper social values., In this paper, it is proposed that a rapid response mechanism should be implemented with a three-level monitoring system rapid emergent response, and prompt communication and counseling under the guidance of advanced culture and correct ideaology.It is of great significance to strengthen the network team, consolidate the multi-sectoral co-work, update Ideological and political education, and promote self-education of correct social values among college students.
