University library is the bearer of education.It plays a unique and yet vital role in the construction of university culture.Nowadays,the innovation based on legacy of libraries cultures in universities are yet confronted with such challenges as low influence,scarce attractiveness in their activities,instability of local culture.To better its role in university culture innovation,the library should enhance its own development,focus on educating readers,and update its bearer of library work.
