Leadership is one of the essential qualifications of contemporary college students,and should be the important contents for caliber education.The education method of leadership should be evolved from a single traditional theory into coaching skills,so that the students' subjective initiative could be aroused in practical activities.Therefore,the coaching skill,as a management technology which can inspire the coachees' potential by improving their mental pattern,would be an effective way to meet the requirements of leadership training for college students.
