As an advanced educational concept,outcome-based education has been going through many years of theoretical and practical exploration in the United States and other countries.So far it has formed a relatively complete theoretical system and implementation models,which have been proved to be correct direction for higher education reform.Thus,it is necessary to further study in the process of teaching and reform,in order to rationally design evaluation and evaluation methods for the achievement of education.This paper studies the evaluation system and calculation method of achievement degree of graduation.The calculation of graduation requirements based on the outcome-based education principle is presented to further study the quantitative relationship among graduation requirements,evaluation approaches and course arrangement.The method has been applied in the teaching of evaluation at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,which proves the effectiveness and validity of the proposed approach in practical application.
