Focus on the problems which exist in the innovation and entrepreneurship training course of college student,such as the weakness of teachers' strength,the lack of practice links and the separation of curriculum and innovation,exploring the reform method and proving the reform effect.Furthermore,a new innovate-based training teaching model which is called "IBT" was built,and the supporting system was expatiated.Based on the "IBT" teaching model,we can transform the theoretical knowledge into practical engineering through the training course,and make some technical innovation on the basis of practical engineering application.So the theoretical study,engineering practice and innovation can be linked inextricably.The IBT teaching model is highly operational and needs further study for promotion.
