The "13th Five-Year planning" argues that the Precise Funding education mechanism should be established under the mode of setting high moral values in China.This article explores in detail how current subsidized work can be better mastered and implemented in terms of contents and results so as to achieve "precise" funding on premise,process,and results.This article concludes that precise funding is an effective way to link students' ideological problems with practical problems,and it can finally improve the quality of funding the poor students.The precise funding education mechanism tries to explore the transformation of the current funding mode from financial aid to competency-based development which could give great reference and promotion for the current university funding work in China.
