The theoretical route of Lukacs's reification critique is from the perspective of dimensions of subject and object,and it is revealed in the beginning of Reification and Proletarian consciousness.In the object dimension,abstract labor promotes the confirmation of the general fact of commodity structure in the capitalist society,whereas universality of commodity structure also assures the dominance of abstract labor.In their interaction,the rule of reasonableness divides labor process from the laborer,hence the consequential spacing of time and the reification ubiquity.Moreover,universality also presents in the subject dimension,called consciousness reification,whose directness aggravates the reification of man.
