As is generally known,special notations have become an indispensable part of comics.Adding English notations and loanword notations to comics can enrich the content and help to shape images of figures.Besides,it makes the comics much closer to young readers by using these notations appropriately.However,translators tend to ignore these special notations when translating comics in practice.Based on dialogues,jargons and the names of figures,this article mainly discusses how to deal with English notations and loanword notations in Japanese comics from a practical point of view with specific cases.The translation should be finalized according to the position and function of the special notations.It should depend on actual situation.
