Social ethics issues in project evaluation are solved through adversarial design,which affords experts,applicants and general public a democratic environment for arguments and ambiguities.The project automatic evaluation platform completes the construction of democratic environment,presents the agonism relationship among experts,applicants and platforms,and reveals hegemony,reshaping social ethics in project evaluation of freedom,equality,fairness,justice and privilege.
