In the new era of widespread entrepreneurship and innovation,some problems emerge in the development of entrepreneurship and innovation education,such as the immature internal development system,insufficient overall strength of teachers and inadequate input from teachers.Taking University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an example,this paper illustrates its top-level design,institutional guarantee and development pattern,and explores the faculty team development pattern,emphasizing such concept as teaching philosophy,basic inputs,key abilities,and promoting further development of entrepreneurship and innovation among the faculty members.
