The Europeanized Chinese was born with a translation boom since the First Opium War.In spite of its positive effects on the development of modern Chinese,we should guard against the negative effects.With examples from English-Chinese literary translation,the present paper analyzes and classifies the protruding problems of Europeanized Chinese in English-Chinese translation.Some measures to rectify these problems are also put forward.Hopefully it can draw the translators’ attention and help them identify and rectify the problem during their translation practice.
