Abstract:As an important base for talent training, colleges and universities shoulder the great responsibility of training talents with “Internet+” literacy.Through the integration of network information of 39 colleges and universities in Shanghai,it is found that the current “Internet+” literacy cultivation mode of colleges and universities in Shanghai is mainly based on competition and partially on curriculum construction. This mode has inspired the students of entrepreneurial dreams to actively participate in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship, and achieved good results. But this is far from enough for the demand of “Internet+” economic and social development.Colleges and universities should train more and more working forces with higher “Internet+” literacy. Therefore, colleges and universities should develop a systematic and hierarchical “Internet+” literacy cultivation mode based on grading literacy cultivation, which is composed of popularization stage, upgrading stage and implementation stage,so as to meet the great demand of “Internet+” talents at all levels.
