    摘要:

    针对我国工程教育培养学生存在的实践能力薄弱、团队合作精神不足等短板,以及用人单位、教师及学生对教育质量的评价错位等问题,在分析“路基路面工程”课程教学存在的学生专业知识不扎实、授课教师实践经验缺乏及教学培养方向落后等教学现状的基础上,创新基于国际工程教育培养标准的教学理念,提出了基础知识、职业技能和职业道德、人际交流能力、解决工程实际问题能力等17项培养指标,并提出了在教学大纲、教学辅助、设计实践及科研引导方面的教学实践创新,以培养适应我国乃至国际上工程设计、施工、监理及检测用人单位需求的毕业人才。

    Abstract:

    In our country,engineering education has shortcomings such as weak practical ability,insufficient team spirit,and misplaced evaluation of education quality by employers,teachers and students,etc.The authors analyzed the students insufficient qualified professional knowledge in the course of “Subgrade and Pavement Engineering” as well as the teachers' poor practical experience and somewhat misleading training.And then,we carried out an innovated teaching philosophy based on the international training standard of engineering education.Seventeen training indicators had been put forward,including basic knowledge,vocational skills and professional ethics.The innovatied teaching practice was based on new teaching syllabus,supplementary teaching,project design practice and scientific research guidance so that our graduates could meet the needs of engineering design,construction,supervision and testing employers.
