International accreditation is an important way for the international development of universities,which affects other work to varying degrees.At the current stage in China,discipline construction is the main driving force for professional development of universities,and the post-doctoral mobile station is the effective approach in cultivation of talents and accumulation of achievements in universities.In this sense,effective use of resources to achieve synergies in international certification,discipline construction,and post-doctoral mobile station construction has important practical significance.Taking the Business School of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an example,the paper analyzes the development status of the AACSB certification cycle disciplines and post-doctoral mobile stations from the perspective of strategic management,the strategic coordination development path of international certification,discipline construction and post-doctoral mobile station construction,providing references and suggestions for universities’ effective use resources.
