Practice education is very important to university students,and practice base is the important location where practice teaching takes place. In the case of public administration specialty,some problems and dilemma exist in the current university students practice base construction .This article proposes that we should take the perspective of cooperation and sharing between government,university and society, and explore the path of co-constructing undergraduate practice base by government,university and society on the basis of university-industry cooperation. Specifically,we can explore from the following three aspects: Firstly,we should fully recognize the importance and active role of practice base; Secondly,we should make undergraduate practice base as a platform for multilateral cooperation,complementary advantages,co-constructing and sharing; Thirdly,we should establish and improve the system of co-construction and sharing of undergraduate practice base.
