It is a powerful guarantee for construction of the “San Quan” Education System and an effective measure to adhere to the notion “education-oriented,moral education first” in Ideological and Political work in universities.As one of the elements of Ideological and Political work,Educational affinity has shown increasingly remarkable significance and effectiveness in discovering and training students' growth needs and personalized characteristics because construction of the student Party branch is a powerful key to Ideological and Political education.This paper analyzes the significance and effectiveness of affinity elements in Ideological and Political education from the perspective of Party branch construction.In order to keep student party branch more dynamic and strengthen its role as primary-level party organization,this paper conducts researches on its organization and activities,discusses and explores specific methods and modes that increase the branch's affinity,and aims to inspire students' enthusiasm and initiative,and to deepen the role consciousness of the party members.
