In solving the millennium problem of poverty in human development,the precision poverty alleviation methodology system is a contemporary innovation to Marx's anti-poverty thought in terms of social system conditions and implementation.This article starts with Xi Jinping's scientific discourse on poverty alleviation,rationalizes the generation logic and connotation interpretation of targeted poverty alleviation on the basis of the value orientation of Xi's people-centered poverty alleviation strategy.The article clarifies that Xi Jinping's important expositions on targeted poverty alleviation have not only helped China to establish scientifically the theoretical logic and operation mode of poverty relief and development promotion with strong characteristics of the times and Chinese tradition.Moreover,Xi Jinping's scientific discourse also highlight the advantages of socialist system in anti-poverty,expands the methodology of poverty alleviation,and promotes the new development of Marxist theory.
