The focus of talent training in the universities is cultivating students' innovative ability.Through the questionnaire among 232 majors in HVAC and observation of professional curriculum setting and training mode,the existing problems in the cultivating students' innovation ability are discussed and measures are proposed in this paper.The measures include reforming the professional curriculum system and teaching mode,constructing an innovation platform and organizing innovation activities,participating in innovative competitions,and upgrading online and offline innovation activities.These four measures have formed a multi-level teaching mode for cultivating HVAC majors' innovative ability fo.The Multi-level cultivation mode has accomplished achievements among students at different stages,which displays theoretical and practical significance in cultivating engineering students' innovative ability.
