    摘要:

    “机械制图”是机械类专业的基础与核心课程,其教学效果的好坏关系到学生后续课程的学习,但目前教学仍侧重于书本理论,与实际生产脱节,这不利于学生掌握机械制图的绘制,教学方法亟待改革。提出制图理论和零部件实际应用相结合的机械制图教学改革,建立基于认识实践的机械制图教学环境和基于工程设计为主线的机械制图教学体系。增加机械零部件认识实践教学环节、加强零部件表达方法的学习,以及严格按照制图流程进行绘图。旨在提升学生对零部件的认识、表达方式、绘制的实践能力,促进学生观察力和技能性学习的效果,有利于学生工程设计思维能力的培养和学生工程能力的提升。

    Abstract:

    Mechanical drawing is the basic and core course for majors in mechanics,and its teaching quality is related to students' learning of follow-up courses.However,the current teaching lays emphasis on of theoretical knowledge,which is away from actual production.It is not conducive to students mastering mechanical drawings,so the teaching method need to be reformed urgently.This paper proposes to integrate theory with practical drawing of components and parts,establishes a mechanical drawing teaching environment based on cognitive practice and a mechanical drawing teaching system based on engineering design.The reform will increase practical teaching with cognition of mechanical components and parts,strengthen learning parts expression methods,and draw strictly in accordance with the drawing process.As a result,it enhances students' practical ability of understanding,expression and drawing parts,and promotes the effect of students' observational and skillful learning.It is conducive to cultivating students' engineering design and improving students' engineering ability.
