In the existing Chinese university system,the undergraduate bachelor degree and master degree students are relatively independent.In order to speed up the process of international engineering talent cultivation and improve the talents quality,we should explore a comprehensive bachelor-master-degree-coherent training mode.Currently,School of Optical-Electrical and Computer Engineering (SOECE) in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology initiates an international master degree joint program,strengthening the connection and redesign of the bachelor-master coherent academic courses.By recruiting international first-class professors,SOECE has implemented the Sino-German joint program and the Sino-France Paris joint program.SOECE also allows the senior undergraduates master students including foreign students to mix in the same class in order to promote cultural exchanges inthe new cultivation model for international engineering talents.
