Humanist quality,as one of the important standards to measure the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students,has always been ignored in traditional Operational Research(OR) teaching,owing to its curricular characteristics of pure or applied mathematics and much attention to some specific mathematical theories and methods.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of traditional OR courses,this paper discusses the teaching reform and practice exploration of OR,the general course integrated with humanist quality,from the perspective of history,system,philosophy,synthesis and integration.These approaches can fully stimulate students' learning interests,inspire the mind,and improve the comprehensive quality of talents in practice.A series of teaching achievements have been obtained,which have a certain reference for some college related courses.
